Why the hell is it so difficult for me to express what i really feel, to do what i really want to do?? I need to be the mistress of my own will. Duniya bhaar mei jao.
I think it's because you fear the end result if you do express yourself. I had that problem. I also was not allowed to express myself as a kid. I grew up being a very quite child. anyway, thats the past now. trust yourself more.
